Today I made moong patties, and they turned out very tasty. If you have guests at home, serve them these patties made with less oil on a skillet—they’ll love them! They’re healthy and delicious, so be sure to try them.

Peel and grate the potatoes. Add the boiled moong beans, salt, red chili powder, chopped green chilies, chopped cilantro, and rice flour. Mix everything well to form the patty mixture as shown in the picture.

Heat a skillet and add a little oil. Cook the patties on both sides, flipping until they are golden brown.

Your hot, healthy, and tasty moong patties are ready. Serve with ketchup or green chutney. If you don’t have rice flour, you can use cornstarch instead.
