Beans Aloo

Peel potatoes, onion and ginger. Remove both corners of beans. Wash all required vegetables and frinely chop. Grate tomato and make a puree.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add finely chopped onions and fry till golden. Add grated/chopped ginger, salt, red chilli, turmeric and coriander seeds powder and mix. Saute for 30 seconds.

Now add pureed tomato amd mix. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Add chopped beans and potatoes.

Mix all well. Saute fir 2 minutes. Add

Add 1/2 cups water and cover the lid and cook 10 minutes on low flame. Stir and check in between. If done switch off the flame and open the lid after 10 minutes. Add chopped coriander leaves and garam masala and mix.

Serve hot with chapatti or rice
