Lilva Vada / Turichya danyache vade

Crush tuvar dana in chilli cutter. Grind green chillies ginger and garlic and make paste.

In a mixing bowl take coarse wheat flour and besan. Add crushed tuvar dana, washed and chopped spring onion, chopped coriander leaves, chilli ginger garlic paste, salt, Red chilli powder and turmeric powder Mix all ingredients well. Prepare dough like form. Add 1-2 tablespoon water if required.

Prepare small balls from it and slightly flatten it or give desired shape.

Then deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Enjoy with lilva Vada/ Turichya danyache vade with tomato ketchup.
