Assemble ingredients

Marinade eggs with slight salt + turmeric + red chilli powder and keep in rest for 10 minutes.
Then fry till golden brown and keep aside. - 3
In moderately heated pan / kadhai add oil, allow to heat, add Nigella seeds and allow to sizzle, then add ginger garlic paste and sauté for few seconds, then add onion + green chilli and sauté till golden brown.

Add chopped tomato + potato and sauté for few seconds, tomato turn mushy, add curd + all spices + salt and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Gradually water from curd evaporates and spices start leaving oil. Then add warm water, stir well and cook for few minutes. Then add eggs and cook further for 3-4 minutes. Lastly add ghee and keep in stand by mode for few minutes.

Egg curry is ready to serve.
