Pour your groundnut into a bowl, add hot water, add salt to taste and leave for 20 minutes. Drain the water from the groundnut and transfer to a large tray. Let it sun dry.
In another bowl, add sifted flour, then add powdered milk and cinnamon,nutmeg,.
In another bowl add water and sugar,salt. Allow the sugar to melt. - 2
Transfer the sun-dried groundnut into a bowl, add sugar solution mixture enough to coat groundnut then add flour mixture to groundnut mixed,then flip the bowl in a clockwise position.
Repeat the coating process after sieving the excess flour particles till the groundnut is well coated with flour. - 3
Set a pot on heat and add vegetable oil. Allow to heat up. Put coated peanut into the oil on heat. Stir continuously to avoid burning. It’s ready when its golden brown.
Transfer to a sieve to drain excess oil, leave to cool completely, before serving.
