Steps

Sieve gram flour add in a wok add yogurt. add spices in gram flour.

Mix well with beater you can use grinder and whisk for this purpose too. when yogurt and spices incorporate each other. add 2 cup water and mix well.

Put the wok on stove and turn the flame on at low flame. whisk it properly. Add remaining water after water is well mixed with gram flour and start keep boiling. continue cooking on low flame for 2.3 hours. don't add water again. Just add water in the beginning, whatever your required consistency. whisk well in between.

Now prepare batter for pakoras. add batter spices. Mix well

Add hing. mix again

Turn on fryer.. make pakoray in batches. take out in strainer.

When curry is ready add pakoray in it. further cook on low flame. prepare tarka. when oil is warm. add onions first. when onions are pinkish white add red chillies and cumin and green chillies and dry karri patta. turn off the flame when onions fried a nice golden colour.

Meanwhile add garnish over gravy. sprinkle whole spice powder. add tarka over garnishing.

Served hot with lemon and chapati or with boil rice
