    You just take one egg white, a teaspoon of water and a teaspoon of vanilla extract pour in a 8 ounce bag of pecans if it’s a 16 ounce bag 2 egg whites, 2 teaspoons of water, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Shake the mixture up in the bag of pecans.

    In a bowl mix 2 cups of sugar and a 1/4 cup cinnamon mix that up good then pour the pecans into it. Toss them good and spread on a cookie sheet. bake at 225-250 for 15 minutes flip them with spatula then bake another 15 then watch them closely let them bake an additional 15 minutes.
