Every year, i collect and shell pecans. I freeze them for cooking delish items! This easy to make recipe is great for snacks, parties or Christmas gifts! Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil or parchment paper. If tin foil, spray a bit of Pam and wipe off excess. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together egg white and 1 tablespoon water until frothy, about 2 minutes. Set aside.

In medium bowl, combine sugars and cinnamon. Set aside.

In large bowl, combine pecans and egg white mixture until well combined. Stir in brown sugar mixture until evenly coated.

Spread pecan mixture onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Place into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring nuts halfway.

Let cool completely before serving.
