ST. LOUIS STYLE BAKED PORK SPARERIBS

St. Louis ribs are cut from the lower half of the rib section and trimmed into a rectangular shape.
I wrapped it with parchment paper and aluminum foil, that will keep the ribs tender and juicy.
I baked it wrapped at 350° F. for 1 hour and 45 minutes, then spread the B.B.Q. sauce on the ribs and cook for 30 more minutes. These are great baked ribs.

Pork Spare Ribs with Barbecue Sauce Pork Spare Ribs with Barbecue Sauce
This is a simple recipe that I can make without fail in my family's oven, stone oven, or Dutch oven the day before. You cook the meat through the day before in the steam cooker, so you do not have to worry if the thick meat has cooked through. Prepping the day before will transform this into tender and delicious meat. You can use brown sugar or maple syrup in place of the honey for a more intense flavor. For one 2 kg spare rib mass. I didn't have orange juice on hand, so I used orange marmalade instead. If you find the odor of the meat to be too strong, or if you want to get rid of the excess fat for a healthier dish, boil the spare ribs in hot water with about 2 tablespoons of sake added and drain the meat well beforehand. Then, move on to Step 1 by grilling them in the frying pan. Recipe by APPLEN cookpad.japan -
