ST. LOUIS STYLE BAKED PORK SPARERIBS

St. Louis ribs are cut from the lower half of the rib section and trimmed into a rectangular shape.
I wrapped it with parchment paper and aluminum foil, that will keep the ribs tender and juicy.
I baked it wrapped at 350° F. for 1 hour and 45 minutes, then spread the B.B.Q. sauce on the ribs and cook for 30 more minutes. These are great baked ribs.
