Steps

Roast the Black Gram Lentils on medium heat, Allow it to cool down for some time.

Transfer it into blender jar, grind it and sieve the urad dal flour.

Take urad dal flour or dangar in a bowl. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, chopped garlic,curd, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt. Mix well.

Add water if required and make a thick batter.

Dangar is ready to serve.
Serve along with bhakri, chapatis or dal rice as a side dish or main dish.
