Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprava
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. as per requirementSalt to taste
  4. 1carrot grated
  5. 1onion chopped
  6. 1tomato chopped
  7. leavesFew coriander
  8. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  9. 1 1/2 tspSugar
  10. 1 packetEno
  11. 1/2lemon juice (optional)
  12. 2 tbspOil
  13. 1 tsprai
  14. leavesFer curry
  15. 1 tspchilli flakes
  16. 2-3green chilli cut in length

    In bowl add rava,curd, carrot,salt, pepper, onion, tomato mixed well if consistency is too thick then add water. Batter should be slightly thick.leave for 1/2 an hour.

    Take a kadai heat it. In batter add eno and lemon.in kadai add oil spring few curry leaves,Rai, chilli flakes,and green chilli.

    Now add batter over it. Cover it for5_10mins. And check that batter is cooked with knife and change the side. Now again cover it Cook for 6_10 mins till lower portion cook and becomes krispy.

    Take out in plate cut it down

    Cut in small or big of your choice enjoy with tomato ketchup
