  • 1 tbspchilli flakes
  • 1 tbspground cumin
  • 1 tbspsmoked hot paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3 tbspTomato purée
  • Siracha sauce
  • Lea & perrins

  1. 1

    Spray fry oil and get pan to hot

  2. 2

    Put mince in frying pan and add spices and cook for a little while, also add Lee & perrins

  3. 3

    Add the tomato purée and siracha and stir
