Dice your carrots, cut the green beans, wash together with the peas & sliced onions

Wash your fish and cut into small sizes. Boil with seasoning and onions

Put a pot on fire & add veg oil, grated scot bonnet. Add the boiled fish & stir fry for 2 mins. Remove the fish & add your washed veggies and stir till soft

Pour water. Add maggi, curry masala & allow the water to boil then pour the couscous and stir. Cover it & lower the flame. Leave for like 3 mins your couscous is ready.

Wash cucumber, cut into small chunks, Slice boiled eggs, add your fish and serve
