  • 4chapatis
  • 3 cupboiled and mashed potatoes
  • 3 tbsppeas boiled
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1/4 cupcheese grated
  • 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as neededTomato ketchup for garnishing

    Combine all the ingredients and mix them together.

    Then, fold the roti into one half and then into another. In each of the pockets, stuff it with the filling made

    On a flat tawa or grilled sandwich maker put some oil. On low flame, shallow fry the tacos. Make sure to cook them from all sides until crisp.

    After it is done, take it out of the pan. For garnishing, apply tomato ketchup. Your Roti Tacos are ready
