A simple yet delightful dessert prepared with just few ingredients keeping Sabudana pearls and milk as main ingredients.
Steps

Soak Sabudana pearls for 5-6 hours and drain excess water. Assemble all other ingredients.

Boil milk, add cardamom + bay leaf and simmer for 5-6 minutes by continuously stirring, then add Sabudana pearls and cook by stirring continuously for 4-5 minutes till sago pearls turns shiny and milk starts thickening.

Cook till Sabudana pearls turns soft, Keep stirring occasionally and Sabudana pearls will plump and milk will thicken gradually. Add chopped cashews + ghee and sugar at this stage.

Simmer for few more minutes, let sugar melt completely and switch off flame, after cooling it will thicken more. Sabudana Kheer is done. After cooling add raisins.

Garnish with cashews and decorate with rose petals and serve.

Serve after 5-6 hours of making, it tastes better.
