In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, boiled mashed potatoes, peas and all the spices. Mix well

Prepare 1tbsp cornaflour and 1/2tbsp water slurry for sealing the samosa

Cut the roti or chapati into half. Put the stuffing in between, add some cheese, make a cone like samosa. Seal the edges with the slurry paste

Grease with oil on top of the samosas and bake in preheated oven at 150c for 15mts or until golden. Serve hot
