Today I have made most beautiful, healthy and versatile dip that too vegan. It's enjoy with Chips or Toast.

Take a grinder jar add cashew nuts, boiled beetroot, lemon juice,salt, black pepper powder and blend it to a smooth paste. Delicious dip is ready.

Take a bowl add chopped onion, cucumber, tomato,salt, lemon juice, chaat masala powder and coriander leaves and mix it well. Salad is ready.

Now arrenge all toast in a plate and spread beetroot dip on the toast, top it with salad.

Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
