Bring milk to a rolling boil in a heavy bottomed non stick pot. After it boils vigorously, lower the heat and allow it to simmer.

Keep stirring and scraping the sides every now and then. After it reduces to almost half of it's original quantity, stir in the powdered sugar and nuts.

Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy with any of your favourite dessert as it's topping or on it's own.
