  1. 1/2 cuproasted peanut 🥜
  2. 1/2-1 cupplain yogurt
  3. Salt to taste 🧂
  4. 1chopped onion 🧅
  5. 1-2chopped green chillies
  6. 1/2 tspcoriander & cumin powder
  7. 1/8 tspkashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️
  8. 2 tbspdessicated coconut 🥥
  9. 4-5chopped garlic 🧄
  10. 1 tbspchopped parsley🌿
  11. 1-2 tbspwater 💦
  12. For tempering:
  13. 1 tbspoil
  14. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  15. 4-5curry leaves 🌱
  16. 1finely green chillies
  17. 1 pinchkashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️

    Take a small mixer and add roasted peanuts 🥜, chopped garlic 🧄, chopped green chillies, chopped onions 🧅, chopped ginger, dessicated coconut 🥥, water 💦, plain yogurt,salt🧂, coriander & cumin powder, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️ grind all together we'll, till smooth. Remove in a bowl 🥣 and keep aside.

    Heat oil and add mustard seeds, when start to crackle, add curry leaves 🌿, finely chopped green chillies, mix well for a sec and pour on top of peanut chutney 🥜 and garnish with finely chopped parsley 🌱, a pinch of kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️ and serve.
