Boil basmati rice 🍚 till 70% and keep aside.

Heat ghee/ vegetable oil, add bay leaf 🍂, cloves cook for 1 min, add chopped jaggery and mix well, cook on low medium flame (don't over cook it), when jaggery is melted, add boiled rice 🍚 in and mix well, cook until water from jaggery is dried out. add cardamom powder and mix well.

Chop dry fruits (cashew nuts, almonds) and Fry till golden, lastly fry black raisins and keep aside, when rice is ready, mix in the fried nuts & raisins and serve with hot 🥛 milk. Garnish with dry rose petals 🌹.
