Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 4Potatoes par boiled
  2. 1 bagkale
  3. Pomegranate seeds
  4. 1 clovegarlic crushed with it skins left on
  5. Sea salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add the washed kale onto the tray with a drizzle of olive oil.

  2. 2

    In a sauté pan add a knob of butter and gently fry the potatoes until crisp

  3. 3

    Put the kale in the oven with the garlic and bake on a low heat of about 75c-100c until crispy.

    Serve the kale in a bowl with the potatoes and a scattering of pomegranate seeds and sea salt
