I had some leftover boiled potatoes from when I made Raclette.

Using boiled potatoes will decrease the cooking time.
Wash the skins well. Once the water begins to boil, add plenty of salt and boil the potatoes.
I used leftover boiled potatoes this time.
If you like a crispier texture, use more oil. I used a mixture of herbs made for country potatoes, but if you don't have any, you can combine garlic powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Recipe by Brandy

Ingredients

  1. 6 smallBoiled potatoes with skins
  2. 3 tbspOlive oil
  3. 1/2 tspor more Salt
  4. 1Pepper
  5. 1 tspYour choice of seasonings, such as paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, or chili

Cooking Instructions

    Cut each boiled potato into 2 or 4 pieces. Place into a plastic bag. Add the olive oil and the mixed herbs. Mix the ingredients by massaging the bag from the outside. Let sit for 30-60 minutes to allow the flavors to blend in. Preheat the oven to 200℃ and bake for 15-20 minutes.

    If using a frying pan: drain the water from the boiled potatoes. Heat oil in the frying pan, add the spices and the potatoes, and cook.
