Fresh Strawberry Marbled White Bread Fresh Strawberry Marbled White Bread
Strawberries have become affordable recently, so I tried my hand at making a strawberry sheet. It turned out really nice, so I mixed it with white bread dough to preserve the color. When I ate it, the extravagant fragrance and flavor came out nicely. This has to be because I used fresh fruit. Please refer to the listed recipes for the details in how to make the bread dough and the sheet. For 16. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

Basic White Bread Basic White Bread
I "developed" this recipe by first learning how to bake using a food processor and then graduating to a stand mixer. I had no idea what the dough was supposed to look like, feel like, how long to knead, or anything. Through random YouTube videos and many failed attempts I finally made something I am proud of. Here it is! Jacob Allord -
My Favorite White Bread Rolls My Favorite White Bread Rolls
I love these white bread rolls, and bake them almost every week. I tried many things such as adding honey or cake flour, but I've settled on this recipe since it's easy to remember and the dough is easy to handle. When forming the rolls, if you make sure the surface is taught, the rolls will bake up nicely. For the second rising, see how much the dough rises rather than relying on the time it takes.Even in the same oven, the rolls may bake up differently depending on various circumstances. Please adjust the baking time and temperature accordingly. Recipe by yasuko cookpad.japan -
Ring Shaped White Bread Ring Shaped White Bread
I baked my usual white bread in a ring shaped pan since I like larger sized bread better than small sized ones. The dough is rather sticky so dust with flour when working with it.If you want to make a pure white bread, cover with aluminum foil when you lower the temperature. Lightly browned breads are just as cute. You can omit the foil and bake until your desired golden brown color. Remember to keep an eye on it as it bakes. Recipe by La Land cookpad.japan -
Buttermilk White Bread Buttermilk White Bread
My husband is bread lover. And in this situation of self quarantine #stayhome because of the Covid-19 spreading everywhere, we won’t take a chance to go to grocery or bakery just to get the bread. So this is my 1st time of making bread ever. At first I feel nervous because I am going to use buttermilk powder instead of buttermilk. Long short story before the city’s lockdown we couldn’t find any buttermilk or milk at the store. Luckily we got dry cultured buttermilk powder. We just grabbed and brought it home. At that moment we just think “we rather have it and not need it than need it but don’t have it”. So now I have to think how to use it and to not waste it. And here’s I present my homemade buttermilk bread from my kitchen using cultured buttermilk powder. Nia Hiura -

Homemade White Bread Rolls Homemade White Bread Rolls
Since bread starters needs to be used up within 1 - 2 weeks, I thought it best to make bread directly from liquid yeast, which lasts for a while.Unlike dry yeast, the time needed for rising varies greatly depending on the strength of the starter.I recommend yogurt or strawberry yeast, which are both strong. Super Easy Milk-enriched White Bread Super Easy Milk-enriched White Bread
I made this milk-enriched white bread using my super easy bread recipe that does't require any kneading or pounding.Take care to avoid the plastic wrap touching the dough after its final rising, since its surface will be rough as in the photo!!To make a nice slice, make a small cut with a bread knife, then use a thin knife to slice. You could also use regular cake liners instead of pound cake liners.
