A different way of cooking old time favorites. Two recipes in one. One with hotdogs in beef stock. The other with beef stock and sauerkraut.
Steps
- 1
Add half a can of sauerkraut to a pot. Add 8 hotdogs. Cover the rest of the sauerkraut. Save about a cup in a half.
- 2
Cover with beef stock. Note I used a small pot. Cover and boil.
- 3
For the hotdogs without sauerkraut add the hotdogs to a cast iron skillet. Get them browned.
- 4
Add beef stock about a cup in a half. Serve when they are done. I hope you enjoy!!!!!
