Chopped and Wash all leafy vegetables. And rinse.

Heat ghee in a pan and saute spring onion Methi leaves for 2mi and. Now add green garlic Kasuri methi and salt. Mix properly. Turn off the flame and add coriander. Mix it well.

Take both flour in a paraat.Add turmeric powder sesame seeds red chili powder and Carom seeds. And add Leafy mixture. Mix it well and knead a soft dough.

Now make a medium size ball roll and roast it on a tawa. Apply ghee and roast on both sides.

Healthy Tasty Bajri Roti is ready to serve. Serve with curd and Carrot pickle.
