In a small bowl add semolina and 3 tablespoon milk and mix well. Set aside
In a large bowl add milk powder, baking soda and plain flour. Mix well. Add ghee and semolina and mix. Add 3 tablespoon of milk and mix. Add the remaining 3 tablespoon and make a soft dough. Do not over knead. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes. - 2
After 10 minutes make small equal size balls, ensuring no cracks are visible.
In a wide bottom pan heat oil on low to medium heat. Deep fry until dark golden. Remove from oil and let it cool. - 3
Microwave biscoff spread for 20 seconds. Dip gulab jambu and put it on a round plate. Repeat for rest and sprinkle xmas stars, hundred and thousands etc.
