2Pears (sliced)
500 mlSpiced rum
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Star anise
4 cardamom pods
2 Thumb sized pieces of ginger (sliced)
4 Limes juice of
2 Limes zest of
2 litres of apple juice

Prep 20min Cooking 15min

This is really simple as your basically making an infusion, gather all your ingredients into a large pot and basically bring to simmer for about 15 minutes or so and then your good to go
