First for the koftas boil the cabbage in pressure cooker till 1 whistle. In a bowl add boiled cabbage, grated paneer, cornflour, salt, red chilli flakes, bread crumbs, 1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1tsp garam masala powder and mix all.

Then make round koftas and referigate for 1 hour. In a kadhai add oil and fry the koftas and keep aside.

Make a paste of Onion, tomato and cashews in grinder. In a pan add oil, add whole garam masala and let it splutter.

Then add onion and cashew paste and saute. Then add turmeric powder, 1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and sugar and saute.

Then add yoghurt and saute, add little water and cook for 5 minutes. Lastly add cream and kasoori meethi.

In a bowl put the koftas, pour the gravy over it, garnish with kasoori meethi and serve.
