I was inspired to cook this dish by a chef on YouTube. It's very easy to make and the result is delicious.

Steps
- 1
Cut the tortillas into medium-sized squares (about 1 1/4 inches by 3/4 inch). Use as many tortillas as you like.
- 2
Heat a skillet and add the oil.
- 3
Add the chorizo to the skillet. Use as much chorizo as you prefer.
- 4
Cook the chorizo until fully cooked.
- 5
Add the tortilla squares to the skillet with the cooked chorizo.
- 6
Cook until the tortillas turn reddish and get a little crispy, then add the two eggs.
- 7
Gently stir everything together. If you like, add sour cream, cheese, and avocado at the end. Enjoy your meal!
