Wash & apply oil on baingan & roast baingsn

Remove skin & mash it. Chop onion & tomato & green chilli, garlic.

In kadai sdd oil,rai.Add chilli, garlic, onion, tomato. Saute it

Add baingan, haldi, mirchi powder, salt, sugar, masala Cook 5 minutes

Knead atta smoothly using hot water as it is helps in binding the flour tigether.

Take one ball of dough.Sprinkle jowar atta on working surface & roll it with using your palm.

Heat tawa. Transfer roti on tawa with floured side on top. Apply some water on top.Cook 2-3 minutes. Flip the roti & cook until brown spots appear. Again flip the roti & Cook on tawa until it puffs or you can Cook direct on gas until it puffs.
