Steps

Put the peas in a grinder and grind them coarsely.

Spice paste:-- Put green garlic, green chili, green coriander, green onion, and ginger in a mixer jar and make a fine paste.

Heat oil, put cumin seeds in it, add spice paste and fry for some time till it leaves the oil, after that add turmeric, red chili powder and mix.

After roasting for some time, add tomato puree and mix, add salt to it and fry for 2 minutes.

When the mixture leaves the oil, add peas paste, after roasting for some time, add 2 cups of water when the mixture leaves the oil, cook on low heat for 5 minutes when it starts boiling.

Serve hot peas nimona with plain rice and chapati.
