A lovely variation to the ever liked Pakoras or Fritters by me with the addition of Methi Bhaji or Fenugreek Leaves to Soya chunks. These healthy and lovely looking Fritters or Pakoras are easily done at home. These not only look lovely but also tastes equally delicious. Aromatic and exquisite, these melt in mouth goodies are a good choice for Snacking. As it is these are loved as Snacks and hence they make a perfect choice for the festive season and can be relished during the celebrations. An everyday affair with Tea-time also cannot be ruled out as these make for an amazing idea at Shaam Ki Chai. Everyone will love these beautiful mini bite sized balls that are fried to perfection.

Steps
- 1
Make a smooth lump free semi-thick batter with all the ingredients mentioned. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes. Also boil the Soya chunks for 7-8 minutes. Drain and squeeze out any excessive water remaining. Keep aside. Wash the Fenugreek Leaves under running water in a strainer before adding them to the batter. Chop them coarsely.
- 2
Heat Oil on medium-high heat and drop these chunks in batter and see to it that they are evenly coated. Deep fry on both the sides until done. Sprinkle Chat Masala generously on top. Serve them piping hot. My kids just gobble them up in one bite just like that without any Condiment or sometimes with our plain old ever loved Kissan Tomato Ketchup. Yum!
- 3
Enjoy them piping hot with any Chutney of your choice or just gobble up like my kids. Relish!
