Ingredients

  • half kgBeef Qeema
  • 1thick fat approx 50 gm (charbi /rawans)
  • 1 tbspKachri powder
  • 1-2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 2-3Onion chopped( squeezed well)
  • 2-3Green chilli
  • Handful Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tbspCoriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tbspTikka masala
  • Piececoal for smokey flavour

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together chop two to three times well until it becomes silky in texture

  2. 2

    Let lit a coal until red hot in center of chopped mixture puta slice of bread and put burning coal on it pour some oil and quickly cover it with a lid

  3. 3

    After 10 min make kabab of your choice of shape I prefer seekh style so I made oblong kabab on a wooden skewer(or back of a wooden spoon) and slightly slide down to give it seekh kabab shape and fry them in just 1/2 tbsp of oil on medium heat until brown from all sides

  4. 4

    Serve with paratha and your choice of condiments and some fresh veggies
