Steam amla into steamer for 10-15 min. Then cool down completely. Remove seeds from amla and grate them run in short intervels in mixi grinder for coarse texture

Take grated amla in pan add crushed jarggery cook until jarggery melts then add grated ginger add all dry spices powder

Then mix all well and keep cooking until water observed completely. Switch off flame add lemon juice mix well.

Your tangy sweet spicy amla murraba ready.
Store into air tight glass container.
