Ingredients

  • 1 bowlcooked vermicelli
  • 1/2 cupgreen peas
  • 1onion
  • 1potato
  • 1green chili
  • Salt, red chili powder, and turmeric to taste
  • 1/2 teaspooncarom seeds (ajwain)
  • 2 tablespoonschopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoonsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a skillet. Add carom seeds and chopped onion, and sauté until the onion is lightly browned. Add potato, green peas, and spices. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender.

    Add the cooked vermicelli and cook for a few more minutes.
