Ingredients

2 servings
  • Halfkg pomfret
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 1lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1 tbspdhaniya
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • Halfcup oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Take fish and wash it

  2. 2

    Add fish in bowl,add salt,chilli,haldi,dhaniya,zeera and lemon juice

  3. 3

    Mix it and add besan in it.

  4. 4

    Rest for 2 hours

  5. 5

    Take frying pan and add oil in it

  6. 6

    Add fish and fry it side by side.
