Chatpata Amla Candy (Indian Gooseberry)

Amla or Indian Gooseberry is a superfood that is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and Vitamin E. Having amla as a regular part of your diet will reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Amla is known for its use in Ayurvedic medicine for treating and preventing diseases.
I prepared a simple yet decided and chatpata masala Amla , dedicated to my late mother in law, loved the most.

Wash amla. Boil in water for ten minutes. Separate the flesh part for seeds. Spread in a plate and place in the refrigerator to evaporate the water.

Mix all the ingredients mentioned above and ensure the coating. Keep covered with a clean and black cloth for two days and store in a glass container.
