  • 250 gramAmla
  • 1 Tsprock salt
  • 1/2 Tspnormal salt
  • 1/2 Tspdry ginger powder
  • 2 Tbspsugar powder
  • 1/3black pepper powder
  • 1/3roasted cumin powder
  • 1/3 Tspcinnamon powder

    Wash amla. Boil in water for ten minutes. Separate the flesh part for seeds. Spread in a plate and place in the refrigerator to evaporate the water.

    Mix all the ingredients mentioned above and ensure the coating. Keep covered with a clean and black cloth for two days and store in a glass container.
