Kale sauted sabzi 🧅

Steps

Wash and clean leaves of kale and pat dry them on kitchen towel, chopped kale leaves🌿 and keep aside.

Heat sunflower oil 🌻, add chopped garlic 🧄, till golden. Add chopped ginger and mix well, add chopped onions 🧅 and saute for a min, add sugar and mix well.

Add chopped kale mix with onions 🧅 cook on low medium flame, add black pepper powder, kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, finely chopped green chillies and mix well. Add soy sauce mix well, finally salt, cook until kale is soft and serve hot.

Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿.
