Take a bowl and chop carrots, beans and cauliflower. Add some mint leaves into it

Then add a pinch of salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste, chopped green chillies cinnamon stick, tiny piece of cardamom as well as cardamom powder into the bowl of vegetables

Mix the ingredients with curd and put it aside for a few minutes until then put a bowl of water on the stove and into it put 2-3 cinnamon stick, cardamom cloves and slices of green chilli. Put a spoon of rose water and kevra syrup into the water and let it mix into the water for a few minutes.

Now once that is done, take out the cinnamon, cardamom and chillies out of the water and add the soaked rice into it and cook it upto 80%. You do not want your rice to overcook at this point.

Simultaneously, put a pan on another stove and add oil into it. Into the oil, you have to deep fry your onion slices until it is almost brown. That is when you'll put the gas off and stir out the access oil from the onions.

Now into the onions add a spoon of oil and the curd vegetables mixture and let it cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked. Make sure you don't overcook anything.

Meanwhile, see if the rice is cooked upto 80%. If yes, then drain off the extra water and let it cool for sometime until the vegetables get cooked.

Once the vegetables are cooked, put a layer of cooked rice over the vegetables and upon it sprinkle some keser vala milk, rice water, brown onion oil. Add some mint leaves

Last step is to- make a dough and use it seal the lead and the pan such that it cooks air tight.

Cook it for 1 minute on a high flame and then for 12 minutes on low flame. And viola! Your biryani's ready.
