Ingredients

25 to 30 m

  • 1/2 cupGhee
  • 1, 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 cupsmilk
  • 1, 1/2 cups semolina
  • Khoya as per taste
  • 1/2 cupPista Badam
  • 150 gmakhany roasted

Steps

25 to 30 m
  1. 1

    Mix the milk and semolina and keep it for some time.

  2. 2

    Put the sugar and ghee in pan and mix it..

  3. 3

    When its gets melt come to the caramel. Then add semolina

  4. 4

    When its gets thick then add pista Badam Makhany and khoya and dish out it.

  5. 5

    Serve it.
