First clean and wash all the vegetables and chop them finely. Now add green garlic, fenugreek, coriander, fennel powder, ginger-chili paste, asafoetida, ajwain, salt, sugar along with lemon juice in a bowl and mix it well. Then add gram flour to it and mix again.

Now, heat oil in a pan and take some batter and make small fritters with the help of thumb and fry on medium heat until crispy.

So, Kumbhaniya Bhajji is ready, serve it hot with tea, coffee or onion.
