Ingredients

  • 1 cupfinely chopped Green garlic
  • 1 cupfinely chopped Coriander
  • 1 cupfinely chopped Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 tbspFennel powder
  • 5 tbspGinger-chili paste
  • 1 tbspAjwain
  • 2 cupsGram flour
  • 1 tbspBlack Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tbspAsafoetida
  • 1Lemon juice
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • as requiredSalt to taste
  • As requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First clean and wash all the vegetables and chop them finely. Now add green garlic, fenugreek, coriander, fennel powder, ginger-chili paste, asafoetida, ajwain, salt, sugar along with lemon juice in a bowl and mix it well. Then add gram flour to it and mix again.

    Now, heat oil in a pan and take some batter and make small fritters with the help of thumb and fry on medium heat until crispy.
