#To_Make_Ginger_Tea:
In a saucepan with medium heat, pour water and bring it to boil.
Add fresh ginger, cinnamon stick,green cardamom, cloves and turmeric to the water. - 2
Close the pan with lid and allow it to brew for 5-6 minutes in low flame.
Open the lid and remove the tea from heat. Strain the tea. Now pour the filtered Ginger Tea into a serving mug.Add maple syrup or honey and give a good mix. Now the healthy Ginger Tea is ready for you to taste and enjoy!

#Notes:
For Deep Flavor - Using freshly grated or chopped ginger root gives a spicy and warm flavor to the tea.
Sweetener - I have used maple syrup to sweeten the tea but you can use honey or other sweeteners of your choice.

Cinnamon - I have used cinnamon stick here to enhance the flavor but you can also use mint leaves and turmeric root for other flavors
Serving - Serve this healthy drink to comfort yourself from indigestion, nausea, cold, cough or to keep yourself warm on winter days.
