Take milk powder, maida, baking soda. Mix with milk. Knead to make soft dough. Keep it aside for 15 minutes

Mean while prepare sugar syrup. Boil water. Add sugar.Keep the stove in low flame. Mix until the sugar dissolves. Add Elaichi powder, coconut powder. Turn off the stove.

Make balls with the dough.

Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats keep the flame in medium. Fry balls until golden brown.

Take those into a plate and add it into the sugar syrup. Close it with a lid. Wait for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes balls absorbs the syrup and become soft. Serve it in a bowl and enjoy gulab jamun.
