Ingredients

  • 1large can pumpkin
  • 1 (13 oz)can evaporated milk
  • 3eggs
  • 2 Tbspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg
  • 1/2 tspground cloves
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 cupsugar
  • Topping
  • 1 boxyellow cake mix
  • 1 cubemelted butter
  • 1 cupchopped nuts (pecan)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix pumpkin with milk, eggs, spices, and sugar. Blend well

  2. 2

    Pour into a 9 x 13 pan (greased)

  3. 3

    Pour cake mix over pumpkin

  4. 4

    Pack down gently and sprinkle nuts and drizzle butter

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes
