Ingredients

1 hour.
6 servings
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 4eggs
  • 1-1/3 cupplain flour
  • 1-1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 2 dropsyellow food color
  • Roasted and chopped almond to sprinkle

Steps

1 hour.
  1. 1

    Beat butter and sugar at a low speed till creamy.

  2. 2

    Add in eggs one by one and beat for 1 minute each.

  3. 3

    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and mix in it with cut and fold method.

  4. 4

    Add milk, vanilla essence and mix gently.

  5. 5

    Grease a mould, line butter paper. Spread cake batter. Sprinkle some almond over it.

  6. 6

    Bake it at 180c° for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool down and cut it.
