Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  • 250 gflour
  • 2 tbsppumpkin oil or any oil
  • 2carrots grated
  • Sultanas
  • Satsuma
  • 1egg
  • 1/2 tspBicarbonate of soda

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix flour, bicarb of soda, grated carrots and egg and oil and chopped satsuma and juice. Stir to a paste.

    When nice and smooth add to muffin cases.
    On 160c on bake put in basket of air fryer for 10 minutes.
