Heat sugarcane molasses in kadai for 5 minutes in medium to low flame. Add 1 tsp. Tamarind water in it. (For not crystallises)

When it turns sticky, turn off the flame. After 5 minutes, in a large bowl, mix Puffed rice & molasses together.

Then make round ball like Laddu from it. You can store it in container for minimum 15 days.
