Methi matar pulao

Take rice wash it 4-5 time and then add water in it and keep it a side for 1/2 hr

Now take a woke add oil and let's oil get hot

Then add onion in it and mix it lets it's colour change into dark brown

Now add peas and salt in it and mix it

Then add methi and red chilli powder and mix it cook it for 5-7 min

Then add water in it

Now soaked the water of rice and add that rice in it and mix it

Let's cook it on high flame

When there is less quantity of water then slow the flame and cover it with lid and let's cook it till water soaked

Ater 5 min check that water is soaked then off the flame
