Soak the cashews and melon seeds in the water for 1/2 hr. Wash and separate the leaves from the stem. Boil the leaves. Boil the green peas too. Keep it aside.

Make a paste of cashews melon seeds and green chillies. Add little milk to make a smooth paste. In a kadai heat butter and oil. Add hing, then add the paste. Saute till ithe oil and butter leave the sides

Now add the pepper powder, garam masala and salt. Mix and then add kasuri methi powder. Mix well.

Add the green peas, methi leaves and mix well. Allow it to simmer on slow flame for 5 - 10 mins. Finally add some cream and mix again

Now when ready remove in a serving bowl and garnish it with chandi ka varak and some 🍒. Your yummy healthy and creamy Shahi methi matar malai is ready
